SOLVED Stompbox Fuzz Face bias issue

Just recently completed the Stompbox Fuzz Face kit. I cannot get the bias below 5.4V. The pedal works just fine and sounds good but I would like to have the ability to adjust the bias to its proper setting (4.5V). I have checked reistor values, swapped the transistors, etc. Do I need a pot with a wider range (24K)? Other suggestions?
Thanks, Couldn't find anything related in my search here.

What is your input voltage?

Looks like mine.

I adjusted to my ear rather than voltage (no one will ever know, but now i am curious.)

If you tested values and they are within tolerance, my mind jumps to input voltage.

what's the minimum voltage you can set and what is the highest you can set with your trimmer... and what value of trimmer was used for the build...... and like a mistake I measured recently.. are you measuring the correct transistor..
