Agreed! There are a few pedals based on the the Beta Lead (Hilbish Night Destroyer, Shift Line BETA, Correct Sound Custom BETA Lead Preamp, maybe some others) but they're all either limited, discontinued/unavailable, or more than I can justify spending on something I just want to mess around with. But I would definitely build one!

Not sure. I went with the sunndering instead. 200s preamp and a DI out. Hoping to get to that one soon, as well as fixing the solarus that's been on the floor in my dining room for a year
