Super Stevie Overdrive sounds gated when Drive is above noon

When dialed in low the distortion seems smooth, but above noon it gets gated and notes have a strange decay to them. I didn't think to record a soundclip before I started taking things apart to troubleshoot. The only problem that is standing out to me is R101 looks to be the incorrect value (is 100R, should be 10K). Am I reading the color code correctly? Would this cause the issue I'm having?

Yes and Yes. R101 is part of a voltage divider and important for setting the right voltage at the input of the op-amp.
