Taqueria trouble

Hi all, and Happy 2026 to everyone!

I've got a Taqueria assembled but not working as expected (yet). It's got some strange behaviors that I've not seen in my pedal building experience thus far.

Signal through the pedal is suuuuper low: if I dime all the knobs I can barely hear something out of the pedal, otherwise it's silence and or a low hiss at the output. Bypass works fine (not surprising). The really odd behavior is this: when the bypass LED is on, the LED grows dimmer as I turn up the Volume pot, and goes out entirely as I turn the volume all the way up. I see that this pot has a lead tied to ground, which is where the LED is also connected, so I assume I've got some sort of grounding issue here. I've removed the circuit from the pedal enclosure, in case it was shorting on the enclosure somewhere, but the behavior persists.

Can anyone suggest how to approach troubleshooting this? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Look closely at the IN/GND/SW/OUT connections at the bottom of the PCB.

A short there could cause this behavior.
Thanks for the tip! I looked that section over and then touched it up again in the event there was something that I was missing, but I'm getting the same result after going over it again. I noticed that my stomp switch PCB has the "Notakliche" label on it, so I'd apparently managed to install the wrong stomp switch PCB! I swapped it out and things are behaving now. On to fiddling with all those trims! Thanks again for the tip, I probably wouldn't have noticed the label on the PCB if I hadn't been instructed to look it over.
