Well, it would just be as simple as wiring the two jacks into the one. run all the grounds together, and connect the two inputs into one output. Logistically though, you may need a buffer. Wire the tips together and leave out the dpdt.

Beavis has an effects order switcher plan which will play both at the same time and flip the order for you. Is that what you are looking for?

I think what you're looking for is the ROG splitter/blend. Two buffered, parallel loops with a blend control and phase switch.

You could also dig around on the AMZ site and mix/match a few of his utility circuits together to get something similar happening.
