This is the second time I built one of these. When I orginally sourced the parts, I ordered two of everything and then had the ics laying around, so I figured why not build another one of them especially given how much better I am a building than I was a year ago.
The end result is much cleaner than my orginal build, and it has almost no hiss and biasing was much easier this time around.
I did try something with the decal this time that I hadn’t tried. Instead of doing the top, and then the side, I laid it out so that I could do it all at the same time where I just folded the decal over the edge. Helped with getting the alignment right.
