Tommy v3 No Signal When Engaged

I just finished up a Tommy V3 build out of an enclosure very sloppy and fast to see if I even could make it work, and well it passes dry signal when in bypass. However, when the effect is engaged the led lights up but I get no signal. Can anyone help? Thanks

and I already tried switching the input and output cables to no avail

Guess that leaves checking solder joints, trying another ic, and checking component values/polarity .

The values I can see look ok can't really see the solder side pic it's out of focus

Easy enough to plug your in to your out jack when it's out of the enclosure you'd still get bypass regardless of which way you plug it in but no effect

I'd post your IC voltages that'll narrow it down a bit
