Trace pad condition

I think I melted another pad, is it ok? It's because I had to desolder a misplaced resistor

At least one pad is gone, You'll have to jumper it, the other one next to it looks iffy

Can solder film cap to underside since trace pads are still good there? If there is continuity?

It's worth a try, If it doesn't work, you just use a wire and connect the component where the trace leads
