Transcendence boost ...For those who can hear!

This boost is clean and loud. The noise floor is also ridiculously low.
it fits inside a 1590b, but i ended up using a 1590b2 instead to make it match the height of my 125b box pedals better

It kicked my micro amp to the curb so i made it look like a total imposter.

Nice build! Try 18 volts into it, even more clean headroom.
Thank you! this one's got a charge pump in it so that is done internally already.
i built this because i kept using a tumnus deluxe with all the controls at noon and the gain all the way down
..which is just a clean boost with extra steps.

If that sounds like you, just build this.

This isn’t voiced like a Klon is it? I find charge pumps can be tricky in some pedal chains. Introducing unwanted noise depending on where they are in the chain.

No.
It literally takes exactly what you have already and makes it louder.
doesn't touch the eq voicing at all otherwise.
so everything is clean and clear
I'm using it as the last always on pedal before the amp right now. it's great for hitting input tubes

That's why i prefer it over the klon-as-clean-boost, honestly. edit- i just got done playing on it again right now.. the thing that makes it sound so 'insert-buzzword-here' is the idea that there is a ridiculously flat response, coupled with a ridiculously low noise floor, coupled with it staying crystal clear the entire time no matter where the knob is; it doesn't actually distort on it's own so it's dumping every useful thing into the next stage
