Trimmit

Could someone kindly point me in the right direction on what header pin to use with the trimmit! adapter? Could I alternatively just use two resistor trimmings?

Not sure what you mean. The middle three pins are for the trimmer itself (whatever value you choose). The outside 2 pins should be the "resistor". The purpose is to turn the three pronged trimmer pot into 2. Correct me anyone if I am wrong.

You can use clipped leads, solid core wire, or even single pin headers (that's what I use).

ah ok, so you can break apart two from that strip of 40, seems like it would be a bit cleaner than the other options
