Unison Double Tracker distortion

Trying to troubleshoot this issue. Guitar straight into Double Tracker, stereo out to Flashback Delay, stereo to RC-1, stereo out to two amps. The unison is fine on its own. The flashback is crystal clear on its own. But when they’re both on there is just a little bit of distortion. Tried switching cables and PS. No luck. I’m thinking failing cap in the unison. There is no way it’s the flashback as the build quality is too good. Anyone run into this?

If they are both fine when run separately but there is distortion when the Double Tracker is running into the Flashback, doesn't that just mean the signal out of the Double Tracker is too hot and is overdriving the Flashback? Have you tried adjusting the Level on the Double Tracker?

Insufficient power when running 2 current-hungry devices from the same power daisy chain?
Maybe try a separate power supply for the double tracker. (Wild guess.)

They’re powered by a variable DC, 10 amp supply lol! I have enough power to light up the whole band’s pedal boards.
