VHS Ryan Adams Problem - Volume Boost seems to be defect?

Hello forum.

i have just build the VHS pedal form pedal pcb and it seems that i have done something wrong - but i don't get it! I have build allready around 10 pedals, BE OD, VH4, Tube Screamer and so on.. But this time i really don't get it! I ordered the pre soldered version, so the FV1 should not be the problem.
The problem is, that my volume boost sounds like a fuzz on the E sting, especially palm mutes and bass and the singal snaps. I checked the soldering, the wiring and everything a few times.
Another strange behaviour of the pedal is, that the effect lights keep glowing after he pedal is shut off via the 3DPDT footswitch.
I would be happy if someone could help.

This is how the circuit is designed, the LEDs stay illuminated until the toggle switch is turned off.

Do the other effects work correctly, Reverb and Chorus?

You may want to check the TL072 chip, and also it would be helpful if you could post some images of the front and back of your PCB.
