What’s on deck for you?

I have a Tso build and a 2nd Life pedal build in a 1590bb just waiting for one part each ready to go. Magnetron on the way and ordered a Caesar and a few Klones to build for friends. I was doing builds just on the weekends but now if I’m not in the basement soldering several nights a week I feel like something is wrong....
The Magnetron is great! Underrated.

Got a gauss drive, backfeeder and conquerer supreme to start

Unfortunately I'm in troubleshooting mode with a Sonomatic deluxe and an abductor delay I loaned out and got back hissing both delays, both hissing, so I'm currently trying to work out if it's a common component used in both or I'm just shit at building 4 x PT2399 delays saying that the abductor didn't hiss when I loaned it out
Good luck with the troubleshooting!

Sounds like it. I picked up a Megabyte and love it. Then I saw your vid on the magnetron and thought it would be a great addition. The Mag echo videos are also very cool online. My very first pedal, was a janky pawn shop Arion Delay and I loved the spaceship warbles you could get by tweaking the knobs.

I have 3 PCBs already populated with parts that just need to be boxed: a Disarray, Van Pelt, and Blue Breaker.
I have 2 PCBs that I haven't started yet: Mach 1 and Informant.
I have some Veros in the works: Naga Viper, Les Lius, Black Eye and COT50.
In the future I plan to order the Harmonic Tremolo.
I might also go for the Son of Ben and/or Fuzzy Fox, but those are after all of the above.

The Son of Ben is wonderful.

The modulation is really nice and if you mix it in kind low it adds great texture.

More Terrariums. I just received 3 other Seeds (6 total) but there's not that much publicly algorithms published so far anyway. :)

Switched my main focus to guitar kit building now. Finished a Tele build (shown), working on my second one already. Still find time for pedals though. Besides some Paragon’s and Kliche’s, I have the Boteh and Lone King drives to work on.

That’s a beauty.

I use caustic soda, it’s basically drain cleaner when you’re finished so easiest disposal. It’s mostly the paper that’s screwing me up, I bought 30 or so sheets of thin glossy cardstock paper at the local office supply store awhile back and it worked so well...then I went back to grab more and they had phased it out so I’ve been testing different kinds and nothing works as well. They all have some type of plastic coating on them that leaves white residue all over the negative spaces and it barely rubs off.

I’ve got PnP paper as well but even Pulsar seems to have changed their paper (now it’s light blue, used to be quite dark) and it kinda sucks now haha.
Interesting, I need to find out what caustic soda is called in Japanese. My PnP is made by Techniks, not sure if that makes a difference. I'd say it's on the darker side of blue though. I still get spots where it doesn't want to adhere and I need to do touchups, but I recently read a post about using a low grit sandpaper to leave scratches that the toner can adhere to rather than a nicely sanded finish. That seemed to work more effectively for my Berserk etch. So i'll probably try that from now on to try and get that same consistency.

Caustic soda is just lye and water :)

That Techniks stuff looks like the old Pulsar paper, exactly! Super expensive though, yeesh.

I’ve always roughed up my enclosures with 150 grit sandpaper. Definitely doesn’t work too well if you really polish them.

I love Klons! I have a Soul Food which I think sounds great. I prefer it to a TS with a Strat.
I have a few boards that I purchased but not started yet:

Conqueror Supreme
Captain Bit
Super heterodyne receiver
Depot fuzz
Amentum
XB-MB

I’m planning on a combo build with depot fuzz -> Amentum -> XB-MB, of which I’m going to make two.
I’m also looking forward to the duo phase. I’m a bit worried about the LDRs and setting the trim pots but I just love phasers.

Amentum makes everything better :).

Thanks, I'm sure I can find lye easily enough. And yeah, it's about $3.00 a sheet for me. But I've had poor luck with fine details using other methods of transferring the toner, so I'm just gonna deal with it, lol.
