What’s on *YOUR* workbench?

Well, I finished the Fuzzrite and it doesn't work properly. The second transistor doesn't do anything. Continuity checks out but there must be some crappy solder joints in there. At one point it worked so I know I haven't burned anything.
Truth is turrets require a powerful iron and my Pinecil struggles, even with the boost on it only reaches 45W. It's great for PCBs but I think turrets need more muscle.

Decals still 😫

What doesn't kill you will make you balder.

I got a small batch of pcbs made of "Mictester's Buzzaround-Alike". I boxed up this first one with a low Hfe silicon transistor even though Mictester's design calls for germanium. But because he described how to compensate for a low leakage transistor I was curious how a silicon one would fare in it - and with spare boards and small parts count I wasn't worried about it sucking. Pretty blown away by it - but it's definitely best suited for a Ge transistor - the controls don't do a whole lot with just an Si transistor.

I'll do a proper build report when I do one with a Ge transistor but figured I'd share the progress in here

Wrapping up the Bass Kliché and will do a dedicated post with a demo. Sounds pretty awesome 😎

I had some ‘avocado green’ ‘Extra Guacamole’ paint so I copied off of @MichaelW and his color scheme as I had the knobs already.

Ooh mama.

How do to guys spray paint the enclosures? Two coats? How much time in between coats? Any extra layer to protect the paint?
Just curious cause I'd have to do it in my apartment/bedroom and there's no way it's safe
