The Supreme is just the same as the Conqueror with only one foot switch. Which I think is the right configuration (I don’t find the two extra switches super useful).

The Supreme board looks a lot like the Pharmacist board

I think they were both designed from the same Vox amp. The Conqueror has that inductive filter though which is cool.

Yes, just 3 knobs- dry, oct1, oct2. I run it oct1 maxed and the other two all the way off. This is the setting where it really shines in my opinion. I also added a boost to mine as it can have a slight perceived drop in volume.

The Supreme was retired in favor of the Mystery Machine (which is what the Supreme aimed to be). It's not a completely different circuit, but there were significant enough changes to warrant a new PCB.

The Pharmacist is a good bit different tonally, it doesn't really do the half-cocked wah sound of the Conqueror. Personally I prefer the sound of the Conqueror but neither are bad at what they do.

That's correct. The Jext Telez White pedal left the channel switching transistors of the Conqueror amplifier circuit in place (but unused).

The Conqueror Supreme made those transistors footswitchable.

The Mystery Machine (based on a particular Box 'o Mystery) is a similar in concept but is accomplished in a slightly different way.
