Which PCB to Buy for True Bypass in a Dual Effect Unit+Signal Chain Flipper?

Wussup Y'all!!!

I need some help. I recently built a dual Conqueror Fuzz+Trumpeter Fuzz with a signal chain flipper. It sounds INCREDIBLE.

Unfortunately, I added it to my pedalboard and the signal/tone is degraded pretty heavily, basically non-usable.

My assumption is the need to add a true bypass/relay bypass...but which damn one from the website to I get? I am having a hard time grasping the technical side of it and how exactly I would wire it up once I find the right pcb to buy?

The wiring set-up is identical to the pic below...

Thanks in advance!!!

If you followed that diagram, it's already true bypass.
Some gut shots could help us see if there's an issue with the wiring or anything

Def will do after work.

In theory, if the wiring+everything else is perfect and I still have this issue, would I need to add a buffer to the pedal?

I've built 2 combos like this exact setup and never had degradation, I even used an 4PDT instead of a 3PDT for the order switch and leverage the 4th row of lugs to control a dual color led that match the pedal that is in front...
