XB-MB Build

Hello, first post on here, finished up an XB-MB and it's kinda acting funny. By far not my first build, fist with PedalPCB.
So the gain seems to be the highest cranked to the left which lowers the volume. The volume seems to have like 100x the unity volume, and the treble seems to be opposite also.
The pots come through the opposite side of the components and facing up toward the top of the board towards the power input.

The Mid pot isn't touching the back of the PCB is it?

No, I realized it was the only one without out a cap on it.
