I see a trimpot on a phaser and I already feel I will want to make it a "real knob"...

It's a bias control for the JFETs, it's not something you would want to adjust once it's set correctly.

I've never played with a phaser, I'm still coming to terms with the fact that I've been a closet chorus lover and just didn't want to admit it to myself let alone anyone one else... could phaser be another modulation effect that I want to liberally apply, whether appropriately or not, to my guitar noodlings?

I’m getting into funk rhythms at the moment, and I have a feeling phaser has been used there before!

Here's how the 3 winners will be chosen;

All of the names will be placed in a text file. A small script will read the file into an array, randomize the sort, and assign a random number between 1 and x, where x = number of entries. Then it will generate 3 more random numbers in the same range and grab the corresponding names as the winners.

Eat dirt Wurmstrom! Your randomizer isn't nearly as random as mine!

That's the clearest explanation of chaos theory I've heard so far.
