It recently occurred to me how the King of Tone got its name...

Well it might not be true but it occurred to me that the King of Tone is based on a Bluesbreaker, also known as a BB. So it's not a stretch to think BB = BB King, King of the Blues, King of Tone. I was thinking about this because I'm working on my own version of a BB and as BB is already taken I'm calling mine Freddie. 😜

Haha! Yes I do have a fair bit of free time! But it's also how my stupid mind works.

And I would ask analogman but somehow I don't fancy my chances...

Call one side Freddie, the other Albert or…

Just build a triple bluesbreaker and call it Three Kings.

TBIOBWSMDAATYWL could work. DAJE I think you're onto something!

I never was a big fan of Albert King. I always prefered BB and Freddie. And T-Bone Walker, but he was never a King. Walker of Tone doesn't sound so good - although it does have a hint of The Phantom... Do you have The Phantom in the USA? I would think you can't otherwise it would have been made into a blockbuster movie by now...

I grew up reading the Phantom comic strip, one of my favorites, never saw the movie
