VFE pedal component group buy. Order form in post #1 (Dec 2)

Peter built the projects around some bougie chips and there are probably cheaper, more common ones out there to sub in. I am open to doing a group buy on components, especially for the Klein Bottle, if anybody wants to.

Here are the SMD components and weird pots available only from Stompbox Parts.

I am a basic bitch who is building stock, so some of these are getting ordered no matter what.

Here's what I have for PCBs:

Please use this Excel file to order your components: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9bl6...orm.xlsx?rlkey=3sglfrlf09vbs9605r1kz3m5t&dl=0
If you email it to me after filling it out, that would be awesome.

I was nervous when I watched his kb assembly video and saw those c10/c100 dual pots but I think smallbear has them. A group buy on any of the bits would be most welcome.

Group buy for these would be swell as I don't think they ship direct to the UK from a quick glance.

I had looked into the Aion Spectrum dual gang mismatch DIY method but doing that 18 times would suck.

How do you want to handle a group buy here? There are a few that make sense to buy at scale (either from mouser or whatever or direct from TI).

I have a cart on Digikey and Mouser with the high-count bougie chips already. SBP has the pots. It seems I may need to get the pots for our European friends, at least.
Okay. I think that going direct with TI for the 4134 makes the most sense (there may be others too). It's almost half EDIT: about 2/3 as much there than at mouser.

By the way, the D-taper pots can be subbed with A-taper without much change in sweep.

I have no problems with cheaper sources. What chips I have in my carts right now is about $2.5k.

I know the dual c10k/c100k is SBP only, but haven't tried looking elsewhere for the other 2 values. They would be more a courtesy for those who can't get them directly.

you’re in a desert walking along in the sand when all of the sudden you look down, and you see a tortoise, it’s crawling toward you. You reach down, you flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can’t, not without your help. But you’re not helping. Why is that?

F that turtle. Mario Bros for life.

The TI site honestly sucks to register for. I've tried registering with my university email a few times, and it never comes thru. I've been meaning to contact them to find out why.

I'd be down for a full set of these components for each of the PCBs I'm getting from you. Bonus if it can be all shipped to me together to save on shipping costs :)

Thanks for organizing all of this @cwsquared!

Thanks again @cwsquared
I'm in for the KB opamps(opa1604s)
Already got the pots way too soon. 😄
The price of the pcbs with chips you calculated was cheaper then the chips sorced at mouser alone, not even including shipping.
