Nice Hammertone! I've played with aerosol hammer finishes, but getting a consistent hammer effect is kind of a nightmare. Does the texture set up more consistently with powder? (I'm assuming those are powder).

Yes, those are powder coated. In my opinion this finish is not as easy as regular powder (glos, wrinkle, etc.). It requires more powder, and even so (in my case) I often have to apply a second layer because the aluminum is visible in some places. Maybe it's my technique, maybe powder itself..
But when it finally works, it's super elegant. No streaks, even texture.

I have had this exact experience in the past at least i know im not the only one.
Those are some fantastic and professional looking finishes! Im in love with that sand- brown hammered finish!

I just spotted this, Did you know the blower is Fake,
It was just a12v electric motor that turns on & off with that Red switch!
A Guy in America purchased a stock one & done it up to look like this , it's on youtube somewhere.

Racing green for the first time. This particular powder doesn't apply well - big cloud of powder, average adhesion.

Today was first application of TC. I didn't know that you need a layer that's 2 fingers thick... I applied a lot, but when I looked into the oven, the color was barely visible. I added another portion of powder on the hot box. Much better but there is a slight run of paint. I need to practice...

What voltage settings are you running your gun? I have mine at 85KV. I find that 3 to 4 passes on the main face of the enclosure then about 2 to 3 on the sides gets me good coverage through out the enclosure.
