FWIW there's Octapussy gerber files around on the internet (along with a schematic), I have some boards from those but haven't built them yet. Can not vouch for the accuracy though.

I had one of those a while back, that is an interesting pedal, and probably right up your alley....
It's a delay with a frequency shifter (not to be confused with pitch shifter) in the feedback loop. Very ringmod-like.
