The template shows a round hole, not a square one as needed by a pcb mount 2.1mm jack. Does anyone have the coordinates for a square hole that I can use on tayda?
Some friendly advice too if you are new to the i/o boards. The jacks that are used should snap into place (pedalpcbboards). Do not solder the power jack in until last. You can do a drop of solder on one leg if you want to tack it in but you want it to be able to shift up and down for final placement before you solder it in. I usually solder the jacks (after your verify spacing of course) then drop the jack onto the board and slightly bend on leg of the jack. Then place it into the box. This allows the jack to float and fit perfectly into position before you do your final solder. If you do it before there is a good chance it wont line up perfect. Hope that makes sense and helps.
Make sure you see the tips above for the 9v jack soldering. You don’t want to solder it before you put it in the box. Sometimes the 9v legs are a little twisted.
