Nano attack settings

Hi I have been asked to modify the dwarven hammer to have the nano attack settings, so it will only have the attack rotary switch, and the other values not modified, could anyone help me out please?

Rotary values:
33n
47n
68n
100n
330n
470n

Omit Drive pot and jumper lugs 1/2


(or just turn the Drive pot all the way down and don't use rotary positions 4 or 6)

what about, the stock values for the other potentiometers?

The Bright and Volume pots are the same values, they're just internal trim pots in the Nano Attack.
