The guitar pups are okay, but the bass pups might as well be mudbuckers. I'll probably replace all four when I have the dough. The bass is tuned CGCE and the guitar CGCFAC.

I’ve always found the idea of getting a custom guitar from China to be intriguing. Other than the mudbuckers, how was the build quality?

The neck and action are good, especially after having it setup. The frets were little razors, but some crowning fixed that.

Those bridges are bottom of the barrel, but the tuning is stable. (Since I got the double neck, I've seen a lot of Chinese guitar makers using much better bridge setups.) I'm sure the rest of the electronics are super cheap, but so far there's no grit or anything. I assume I'll trade out the whole wiring harness when I replace the pups. ;-)
 
My one and only guitar. Got it in these colors specifically to match my cat! It's a squire affinity, but I've upgraded everything but the nut, neck and body. Swapped the pickups, installed a babicz bridge, locking tuners. I know it's a little odd to spend this much money upgrading a cheap ass guitar, but I just really love how this thing plays.

Yeah, it's a great guitar, cuts through a mix insanely well. I hate the standard bridge and swapped it out after about the 50th time of knocking a string off the OG bridge, so the purists probably hate me but I can actually strum hard now and play things without worry

Fantastic cat. Have you taught your cat how to roadie? Really, the guitar and the cat should never be seen separately. I like white guitars, looks great.

I've attempted to teach him how to carry cables for me, but .. it didn't work out as intended haha
He does however hang out with me when I play, which is surprising because I'm horrible at guitar haha
