Thanks! I’ve found a lot more success with direct application of the glue to the decal rather than the enclosure. Still dialing in exact timing of the initial bake but getting pretty good results at this point.

I have been using the Kester K100d which was (from what I read) supposed to be as close to lead solder and the lead-free stuff gets and melts as a lower temp. I’ve seen suggestions to use more flux with it too. But the increased effort required makes me not want to use it…
