Why you putting dykem on your enclosures? I remove dykem with dykem remover! Mostly acetone and a little overpriced, but very convenient for dispensing small amounts which is nice for not stinking up the whole shop.

It does seem like it’s on a hair-trigger lately on my phone. I can usually manage to change from the thumb if I fiddle with it though.

I'd probably try shaving down the diode leg before I attacked the PCB. Diodes are a lot cheaper than PCBs.

No LED, and only works in bypass... is your board getting power?
