Just an update. I did resolve this issue and get the pedal working. Somehow the input wire was getting pinched between one of the mini toggle switched and the case. When I snugged down all the pots and mini toggle nuts apparently it was choking the wires signal off or causing a temporary short...

Ugh yeah it's a grounding issue...thank you... Now I need to exactly figure out what lol... I've had this happen before many moons ago, but if I loosen up all the components (nuts on the pots, footswitch, toggle switches) then pedal works. Snug them down all the way and the pedal stops working.

Sorry to bump this, but going through this one now. So then to confirm. There is no 24k resitor needed on the board itself even though the Lycan.txt parts list posted above calls for one?

Ok well problem solved it was absolutely something with the LED itself. I ripped it out and just totally replaced it with a new/different one and it works exactly how it should now with switching on and off. I have no idea exactly what was going on but possibly like giovanni mentioned perhaps...

Yes, either one of the jacks one at a time and/or both touching the bare metal of the enclosure at the same time turns the LED on

I reflowed them all on both ends/sides, cleaned the hell out of it and still the same issue.

Well it actually is the switch. I derped and did not realize the lug orientation & branding direction is different than on my usual go-to's (gorva or LMS soft clicks) and apparently I have the board oriented 90 degrees the wrong way. I get continuity on these pairs
