Yep it looks like your VREF is way off. Check the resistor values for R32 & 33. What voltage do you have on the + of C26 (22uf)?

Your 5v regulator is the wrong way round.

I’d say that’s normal for a fuzz face. If your gigging and have a volume pedal then use that after the pedal to cut the sound.

Where is your ground wire from the jacks going? They are insulated jacks so if that wire isn’t connected to ground your circuit isn’t either. If you have a good ground connection then next step is to check voltages of op amps and then use a audio probe to see where the signal isn’t passing.

Yeah I think you are all talking sense. I’ll build an attenuator in a separate enclosure.
