once they sent me a whole bag of the wrong diodes - i think they were 4732 but the bag said 4149.

Thanks for the link. I measured the drains of the j201s, here is what I got : Q1 - 5v Q2 - 9.24v Q3 - 6.74v Q4 - 5.11v Q5 - 9.24 is it just me or are all of these too high?

Another pastel build. This is a great sounding overdrive. Tons of sustain yet somehow still very expressive and not overly crunchy. Is it just mine or is the gain toggle very subtle? Hardly seems to do anything. Also, I read online that due to the charge pump, the j201 drains should be biased...

ok i may give that a try. im curious why this pedal doesnt have the bias trim pots like the pineapple and other j201 emulation type pedals
