Paragon left side must be engaged to pass signal

This trace (on the bottom of the board), these solder joints, or the footswitch itself. There have been a few occasions where a pedal had no sound in bypass because the tip of one of the jacks was touching the enclosure. The circuit gave enough amplification that it'd pass signal when on...

    Where did I go wrong...

Yep, but keep in mind they use a special version of the Power I/O module (the Flush mount version) with the DC jack positioned slightly higher so it protrudes through the enclosure.

    Where did I go wrong...

That one is designed to mount inside the enclosure, the jack shouldn't protrude through the enclosure. If the jack is shorting to the enclosure you can enlarge the hole. There is a flush mounted version, as well as a faceplate in the event you don't have any square drill bits...

Does changing modes reset the controls positions on Spatialist?

The controls behave like analog pots. For example: If you turn delay time all the way down, switch modes, turn it all the way up, then switch back to the previous mode the delay time will be all the way up because that's where the pot is set. The previous setting before switching modes is not...

    Moonshot Tremolo Noise

I'm suspicious of that TL072. Do you have another dual opamp you could try in that socket? (Just not another TL072 from that same batch)

Stuff you wanted to know but were afraid to ask

Yes, that portion of the circuit is basically just an adjustable LED flasher. The LED just happens to be pointed at a light-controllable amplifier.

What components are common culprits of frying bacon sound?

If cycling active/bypass had an effect then the problem is most likely either the footswitch itself or a leaky input or output coupling capacitor.

Stuff you wanted to know but were afraid to ask

D2 (an LED) shines on LDR1 (a light dependent resistor).

    KiCad Version 10 Released

Is this the update I've been waiting for? 😲 "Speaking of schematic display, Seth Hillbrand added live junction updates when dragging items in the schematic editor, and a warning when dragging some wires will cause them to short-circuit with others, so you can see a preview of how...

    What's on the workbench?

My guess is that it's a standard Muff with a Mid pot added to the tone stack... For some reason I thought this one had an additional amplifier stage but now I'm thinking it was the LED drive MOSFET for the millenium bypass. I've only peeked inside so far. There are components under the...

    Terrarium power section question.

There are multiple in parallel because they're located in different places on the PCB. The goal is closer proximity, not so much additional capacitance. With that said, you could probably omit one or both of them without a tremendous (noticeable) impact...

Not exactly on the bench right now, but in the vicinity.
