I decided to troubleshoot why I'm not getting any changes from toggle switch in the middle position and the toggle being in the up position.

Thanks, but that still shows the rotary switch. My version didn't have the rotary switch and pretty sure the silkscreen Diodes were incorrect.

The diode silkscreen was not incorrect, the diodes were installed incorrectly in the first version of the original pedal.

Technically the silkscreen is incorrect now because they are installed properly, although they were installed correctly in the second release (1590BB) of the original.
