I had an idea for a utility pedal and wanted to get other peoples opinion before delving into the deep end of R&D and learning how to design pcb boards.
Basically, I want to design a buffer, tone shaper, boost pedal that allows you to switch on and off the tone shaper boost section, but leave the buffer on. There will be no switches on the face of the pedal where tone knobs/ foot switches usually go. Everything will be on the sides. That way you can put mount it underneath a pedalboard, or use it as a riser for another pedal. This would also have a tuner out option.
The purpose of the switch that bypasses the tone and boost circuit is so you can use two guitars and match the level/ tone between the two.
Its basically a mixture of the 29 pedals Euna , Brown amplification fixer or the gig rig Three2One, and the goodwood audio underfacer.
Let me know what you all think, or if it already exists, let me know where I can buy one.
