I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that a regular template like the 6 knob EQ (potentiometer version) will work just fine as long as you use the washer with the toggle switch or decrease the toggle hole by 1mm.

Yeah I don't like the aesthetic of the washer or the gaping hole lol that's why I wanted the template I also want to move the LED hole

We don't know know where you want the LED.
Maybe you could move the hole coordinates on the template to show us?

I was planning on doing that but this is going to be my first shot at using Taydas drilling so I didn't want to mess with resizing holes in addition to moving that. All good

Measure or take a look at the build doc for you switch. Should have a diameter listed. Make the hole a wee bigger to accommodate powder coat, or just ream out the hole. Say+.5 mm-1mm.
If you want a sanity check, scale the pcb in your graphic software and measure hole to hole.
I'd drop the scaled pcb in your art template too to check clearance of the DC jack vs the pcb. It may be advantageous to shift all the holes down a mm or two.
But the drill tool is pretty simple.
Especially if you are just missing an existing template. Hardest part is just figuring out which hole is which.

I ended up making one, I can post it if anyone's interested/if I figure out how. Fits perfectly
