SOLVED Snuffy Fuzz Help - bypass works, but that's about it.

Hi all. The Snuffy was my first build, and I thought it turned out pretty clean for a total beginner. That was until I gave it a test run. At first, it didn't power on so I tested the leads on the power jack and received negative voltage. I reversed them and now I get power, and bypass works, but that's it. Wool (top left knob) seems to adjust volume for some reason, but Output, Pinch and EQ are don't do anything. Could this be a ground issue?

Any help troubleshooting this is very much appreciated. Happy to upload additional pics if needed.
