I did not get my order. There are no answers to my letters. PedalPCB - Do you consider yourself to be honest people? Do I understand correctly that you will not return the money? I was left without an order and without money?
 
The same thing happened to me, I wrote emails and they didn't reply. The good thing is that I won't buy from them anymore.

I never received a message or email from you that I'm aware of. I assure you this is not how we do business.

I must say, last order I made (the sale before black friday) I forgot one IC and tried to reach out before the shipment. No answer and I thought that was weird since I would normally get one... did not made a case of it and added the IC when ordering on aion. After all it was my bad. Now, I did not received my order from ppcb, but I'm in canada and am still not expecting it before christmas, with normal delays plus a month of strike.

But maybe emails really get lost lately?
 
No dishonesty here, just a shipment lost in transit.

Just to be clear, OP Serg.Shu's issue was resolved three years ago.

I just found your email, it was a reply to an automated order confirmation email. Those get bounced into an unmonitored inbox.

Stupid order reply, gets me everytime. Anyway, it was my fault and I know how to reach you when it's important. No complaints about your reactivity here :)

Also, I did not notice the OP was from 3 years ago !

I like passive aggression. It fills my stick heart with joy.

Pro tip: do not assume bad faith if internet communication fails. Sometimes it's user error. Sometimes junk filters get triggered. Sometimes you forgot to press "submit order" and you'll find that the money was never sent. Sometimes you may think that you wrote something completely comprehensible, but upon proof reading you're met with:

"Hey pick age no pay me I want respond?"

This has maybe been a bad start for you with PedalPCB. I think the majority of the comments you have received have to do with a few factors. There have been some bots and salespeople posting on the forum lately. Not a ton but enough to be in people minds. The other factor is that Robert the proprietor of PedalPCB is actually very engaged, has excellent customer service and many people on here interact with him pretty regularly.

The boards he designs are great and this forum is an excellent resource for building pedals. I would encourage you to build out what you ordered. If you run into issues post on the forum and people will help you. If you enjoy the experience reconsider your stance on ordering again.
