Adding clean blend to Boneyard Delegate

I'm needing a bit of help with a clean blend. I've tried a buff and blend after the delegate but the level knob before the blend caused the ratios on the blend to be super inconsistent. I'm trying the "Additive" Op Amp Blend from this Thread . I have removed the tone control and put the blend in how I think it should work, but it is for sure not working right. It sounds more like a tone control which I feel is odd. The bits I added are around the "in send return out" pads but I assume that is obvious to the experts around here. Thank you in advance for any help.

Did I ask this question in a way that made everyone choose not to respond? I’ve read a thousand of you guys’ posts and you seem to understand this stuff forward and backward. If this is a foolish exercise, please tell me and I’ll move on. I’ve searched and read so much on clean blends, and if I should have gleaned the knowledge from those posts to make this happen and I am wasting your time, I apologize. I was definitely hoping for at least a nudge in the right direction.

You'll have to invert the clean signal before you mix it back in. The clean blend on Thorpy's Fat General is great. I'll have another look tomorrow and give a more detailed response.
