Paragon trimmer

I've just finished a Paragon and thought my build was insanely bright but realised the presence goes down when I turn the Trimpots fully clockwise. Is this normal or have I done something really stupid.

The other KOT clones I've build you turn the trimmer down to reduce presence

That's expected behaviour according to the schematic. Signal goes to the wiper of the trimpot and out from pin 3, so resistance goes down when turned CW and allows the cap to do more of its thing, i. e. throw away high frequencies.

Cheers I really should have noticed that on the schematic. I thought I had done something silly because every other KOT clone I've built works the other way round.
