Why is C3 on the Caesar Chorus location and value written in red not black?

I am going through the parts list and noticed that this one component is written in red. Since I can't seem to find any documentation on the conventions assumed in these PCBs I wanted to avoid guessing whether this means something.

I'm looking at the document "revised 12/6/20"

On the original revision of the PCB, C3 was 100nF, but a few of us noticed that the Caesar’s LFO didn’t seem to go as fast as the original Julia, so @PedalPCB bought and traced a Julia to measure the part in question and found it to be 47nF.

When built your Caesar chorus. Does the rate LED start flashing as soon as you put power to it with it bypasses?

I think that is just how the Caesar chorus is.. after I biased it, the pedal works and sounds great... but that led always blinking does annoy my OCD tendencies.

Yes, it's normal for the Rate LED to cycle all the time. The original behaves the exact same way.

Bypassing an effect doesn't power it down, it just bypasses the signal path.

Personally I like to know what to expect when I hit the footswitch, but you could wire the rate LED to the switch if you really wanted to.
