    Uberfuzz not working

I would suggest using an audio probe, and reflowing all the solder joints. Cold solder joints happen to the best of us. I have a few boards that have similar issues. They pass a signal, but it’s very weak. They will get the audio probe, when I get the time and patience.

    ReproFuzz

I’ve always felt that the trash cans needed to be painted with glow in the dark paint. On top the white dots. Great looking build by the way. What’s up with the black washer? Make that yourself?

    Tupperware

I have a few male to female jumper wire sockets. And was eye-balling a few packs at a local brick and mortar store. I’m gonna whip something up when I get the chance later this week. I love the idea of using a cutting board. Haha

    Tupperware

I’ve never seen that clamp thing, and had to google it. Very clever. I think I may splurge and buy a bunch of sockets. See if I can’t improve this Tupperware. Like, attach them to the jacks and stuff.

    Tupperware

When I build, I test the guts before popping them into an enclosure. Most of the time, they're loose on the floor. And in the past, if I wanted to jam/gig with the circuit, I would use an enclosure that I fawked up drilling, or, occasionally a cardboard box. Instead of getting a prototype...

    Ginormous fuzz

I’d look at that switch placement as a blessing. Because now you can fill the rest of that box with more circuits, more switches, more Knobbss!!!

Who’s the boss? 7 Boss clones from AionFX

Do you plan on running all of them at once? Because you should. They look fantastic.

    RangeFinder - Bias discussion

Get that bias trim pot out of there. And get it out in front with the Volume and Range. I have started to do that with most of the circuits that have a bias trim pot. Like Chuck said, every cap on the Range knob will have a different smooth-splatty bias position. Trust the Wizard. That being...

Circulator(Boneyarded) and Hyped Fuzz with mods from these forums

The hyped fuzz mod is fun. I have it on a foot switch. But I think a toggle switch may be the better option.

    Enclosure Drilling

Paper templates. Hand drill. Step bit. On a flat surface. Painters tape on the enclosure, to prevent sliding, or scratching while drilling. I scrape the step bit with a 3.5” deck screw between drilling holes. The residual aluminum clings to the bit and can/will mess up a new hole. I use the...

Looking PCBs from USA to UK

I wanted to add my Canadian prospective. My last order from PedalPCB was $65us, plus $16us shipping. About $120 Canadian, after tax, fees and exchange. So, 10 boards (on sale) from Pedalpcb is about $12 Canadian each board, including all the fees. Delivery time is about 10 days on average. But...

DEMO Two Milfs- flanger on flanger

The first three notes are unmistakable. Good choice of song to show off the pedals. A subtle simple riff with space between the notes that can show off the Flange. Honestly, great demo. Nothing over the top to distract from the effect.

DEMO Two Milfs- flanger on flanger

Excellent demo. That little mellow riff is sweet. I bet if you put some words to it, it would be a hit. Write something personal, about wanting a lover to stay. Or how you’d miss them. And how they never listen, and only hear what they want to. I don’t know, just brainstorming.

Octarock with an oct up switch.

Yes. I did remove the toggle switch washers. In both builds. Having the small 9mm pots helped with space too. Here’s a photo of the board and off-board pots, and the guts. I’m thinking I may build a third Octarock, because the second wasn’t perfect. Neither was the first. The third bowl of...

Octarock with an oct up switch.

Here’s another Octarock. With the second switch to disengage the upper octave. But this one is in the taller enclosure. And It’s labeled, cause I will be selling this one to a friend.

    Double Seabed out of Phase?

To whom it may concern, I built a double Seabed, with a self oscillating switch, on the first delay. Having two speeds, one into another, is so much fun. Being able to have the second delay running long, and the first set to a short slap back, is fun-tastic. And I got lucky, the second is a bit...

trouble with pedals not making much effect in the signal chain

It may sound silly. I’ve made this mistake in the past. But make sure the input and output of each pedal is correct. As in, the cable goes from your instrument, to the input of the pedal, and the next cable goes from the output to the input of the next pedal. If the pedal doesn’t have labels for...

    Top Five

CIRCULATOR is my favourite phaser. I’ve tried the phase II, and it’s great too. But I enjoy the blend on the Circulator. And the cleaness of the phase. MOONSHOT is my favourite tremolo. I knew it as soon as I turned it on. It was a clear Yes! Others add colour to the tone, in my opinion. The...
