I bought the kliche, paragon mini, pal800 and OC2 clone. Can’t remember which I finished first, but the kliche and paragon had to wait because I mis-ordered some parts. All 4 of those pedals are now sold, which funded another batch. And so on and so on lol.

A rat clone from byoc was my first build so I would recommend this as well. Not too complicated and a classic sounding pedal as a reward. I guess the only bump in the road would be the lm308,but you could just include the OP07.

Once in the circuit, resistors may not read what there values are. I bet if you measured the resitors you removed they would read correct now.

I honestly didn't noticed much of a difference between the high and low gain resistors. Theres a slight difference though. But nothing drastic. Just socket it and test which one you like better. No need for an external switch. As for 9/18v you’d have to remove the charge pump section. Aguy...

Thre 2n6027 transistor in the same order I placed was a dud/fake. So yes buyer beware of banzai.
