No I always print the drilling template ON the pedal when I design it in Illustrator. Just the dots for the center punch.

It's a 1590XX. For drilling the holes, I have to do them by hand with a drill. So I center punch them first, and then drill in increasing sizes working up to my step-bit.

No, I kept it stock. I did socket the LEDs and try some different ones. Green sound great for some bluesier single note stuff, but I think I'll use red LEDs moving forward. They sound slightly louder and work better for this metal geared vibe.
