    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

I get what you are saying but that will not be enough for this build. Not for my goal. This circuit is about 10 times louder than unity when turned all the way up. I am sure it is hard to understand now, but when I get back home I will do a demo build thread so you can see.

Anyone successfully modify a dual pot before?

Cool! Thanks. I might give it a go myself. ~Gator

Anyone successfully modify a dual pot before?

Before you call me a fool and type"what on earth are you doing now!?!?" The goal is to create a dual pot with a c50k wafer on top and a b50k wafer on bottom by replacing the bottom wafer of a c50k dual pot. Anybody tried this before?

    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

Yes I did some testing last night with a breadboard of the circuit adding 100k trimmer in between volune pot leg 3 and the rest of the circuit. The max db of the circuit was reduced considerably. This is probably close to what I will end up doing as it seems to get what I want better. Once I...

    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

Good point. Thank you you to all for the assistance and ideas. I think I should change the title of this thread and the direction of it. I think what I really want to do is add an internal master volume to make the range of the external pot more usable. My version of the pedal is a bit of a...

    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

The two sticks of derm is so much louder it is not easily used in a live situation. That is why I want an internal overall volume control at the very end of the circuit. Anybody else here build that circuit? Is your extremely loud?

    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

...I knew someone was going to do that... I guess I'm just gonna make an overall volume range control so as not to change the existing single knob design but make it's range more usable. If I change the original pot, it changes the tone. I guess I should explain my design of the circuit...

    Let's talk end-of-chain volume circuits...

Ever have a drive or fuzz pedal that you absolutely love the sound of completely cranked (aka dimed) but it is just so hot your pushing your preamp way too hard in your favorite amp? I have this disease. I want to look at end of chain volume circuits...or a simple add on circuit that goes at the...

Pendulum harmonic tremolo way more than unity gain

Ah. I missed that in my research of the circuit. Thank you very much for the quick responses. I am excited about this circuit as it is similar to the vibroverb tremolo sound. Add a timmy style circuit, a fender guitar or a big hollowbody, and it is a lot of fun!

Pendulum harmonic tremolo way more than unity gain

Just built the pendulum harmonic tremolo and I really like it. Anybody else notice that is is really loud? I can only turn the volume up to 8 or 9 o'clock. Basically barely on. Is this normal? I'm getting ready to test some mods for a non harmonic adjustment of this circuit on a toggle switch...

TUTORIAL Two Sticks of Derm Fuzz

Oh man great idea! I am still examine this circuit and having a lot of fun. Let me ask you this, this circuit is very loud, plenty of headroom. Have you tried adding some clipping diodes into the circuit? Maybe something like red LEDs?

TUTORIAL Two Sticks of Derm Fuzz

Just built this circuit and oh man...I find it inspiring! So I screwed up at first, got in a hurry and accidentally put a big old 220nF cap in place of the 220pF cap...lol. I fired it up and was disappointed in the muffled sound lol. I thought, " this was not discussed in the brochure." So I...

    DEMO Sproing (R. Rockett Boing)

I wonder if this pedal is wet enough Reverb for surf music? From your demo it sounds like it's pretty darn close. Once again Michael thank you very much for sharing Gator

Destiny Behemoth: The Offering! PCBs up for grabs.

Forgive my ignorance please. I have been enjoying my other main hobby, flying. What exactly does the destiny behemoth do? I see a headphone amp and an effects loop so I am intrigued. Again, Pardon my lack of knowledge as I have been out of the loop for awhile. - Gator

    Electrovibe indicator led mods

Yeah I believe that would work. Here is the post in the thread I was talking about. Post in thread 'ElectroVibe Modifications Thread' https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/electrovibe-modifications-thread.8703/post-159936

    Electrovibe indicator led mods

I will look. I think I have an image of my version of the mod on the schematic. It might actually already be posted in Big Monk's electrovibe modifications thread. Which I consider the starting place for educating oneself on the subject.

I guess I should have specified, it is a love pedal circuit that is most definitely based on the Timmy. If you look at the two circuits you'll say "oh...yeah. I am not critisizing anyone though, just giving credit where it's due. It is definitely a favorite of mine. Probably gonna make some...

Beautiful pedal! I love getting stevie sounds and rockabilly sounds out of mine. I put a boost at the end of the circuit by changing the resistor to ground in the feedback loop of the last opamp stage. Really puts it over the edge. As always, hats off to Paul Cochrane for designing this...
