Does the whole 9v rail have continuity with ground.. not just the 9v pad? Id remove D1 and see you still have continuity with 9v and ground along the 9v rsil (c6). Then keep removing parts from the 9v path (r10) and follow that 9v rail until you find the short

Synth sound is gone and the pedal seems to be working correctly. I had a 2.2m resistor in r100. It should have only been a 100r.

Ive repalced all diodes, and reflowed every connection. It still has the synth sound after R1. Ive just ordered some 1044's from a reliable supplier. I'll report back once those have arrived.

Looks like i used 4148's in that location, but i replaced them anyway. I also replaced the 6v2 with a different 6v2 zener (different suppliers). Still no change.

I jsut noticed the bom that was released has 2 1n4148's. i havent used them in this build. Instead i ordered the zener diodes that had the right volatages on the screen print. Could that be the issue. I cant seem to work out where the 4148'swould go. bom...

Just finished a hydra build. Everything works as expected, just the repeats are very dark, is this normal? I wasnt expecting digital type repeats but its darker than any of my analog delays. I actually love the sound of it currently, but just checking if i messed up somewhere. Cheers!
