    The areas circled in red are not quite soldered all the way... you didnt get full solder wicked to both sides of board and these could be cold joints.... Just trying to help but you need to give it another second longer to wick through.

    I see you ran some shielded wire for output jack.. was this you trying to alleviate the clock noise?? do you have the shield to that wire connected to ground?

    Some of your solder joints look pretty hungry at first glance... Another tip would be to sand/file inside where the input/output jacks are mounted.... I also take a drill bit and remove the paint in at least two of the screw holes on bottom plate so the entire enclosure is grounded. I also...
