I am debugging an Aion Cerulean. It's my first pedal build although I've built other circuits before.
All the IC pins read voltage as they should except for pin 3 which is roughly 2.5v. Voltage on the power side of R1 is 4.5 but on the chip side it drops down to 2.5v. R1 tests out just under 1M ohms.
I've checked for solder bridges, cold solder joints, etc but nothing stands out. Swapping out the chip changes nothing.
The pedal is hooked up right now. It's does seem to work somewhat, but not like I expect it to. But I'm new to this so I can't really explain that hahahah.
I will post more accurate numbers later once I take it apart again. Does anything stand out or any place in particular I should focus on?
Thanks
