Why does nobody use these outtie DC jacks?

I use these occasionally... It's a good way to make use of your collection of white washers on the inside and the outside of those jacks.

    Handspun Antiquity Fuzz

Ha! Thank You!.... It's not that small, but it is 87MM. If you give me a little while to make another I'll just send you one... Now that I've built one I can probably make a better one than this one.

    Handspun Antiquity Fuzz

Used a Vero layout from tagboard effects. 3d printed the enclosure and went to work getting it all in there… Turned out pretty good… Fairly decent volume drop when engaged but it sounds pretty good

    Pendulun Tremolo - low volume

I say leave it.... create a build report for it and then bump your post every week just to mess with us that the one cap is upside down... :ROFLMAO:

    Pendulun Tremolo - low volume

it's all good man.... your first builds just need to work!... Once you get some under your belt you start making your wire runs super nice and looking good.. Some of us will use all of the same colored wire to make it look pleasing. Then you start placing all your resistors so people can read...

    Pendulun Tremolo - low volume

I'm with you on that one too..... That would drive me mad..

    Ocelot octave problem

Definitely all IC's are installed backwards..... You also have a ton of components that you can visibly see the solder did not wick to front side of board.... Your likely going to have a lot of cold solder joints as well....

Finishing question and PSA powder coat issue

you could hit the enclosure with some heavy duty rubbing compound and a clean rag... Then redo the graphics

Finishing question and PSA powder coat issue

If 99% iso is softening the finish they definitely had an issue with bake time/temperature.... I've actually had several enclosures from them susceptible to the same thing.

Noise issues when powering two circuits on breadboard

Heck.. even in an enclosure the Acapulco is a super noisy pedal..... It's literally designed to massively be distorted... Nothing subtle or studio quality about it... pretty sure that pedal is literally made to bang power chords and scream lyrics about fighting the system.

Bootleg at 9 volts instead of 18?

Not a big fan of that PCB.. I think it was hastily done... it's just messy.. some parts are labelled and some parts you have to go back and find build doc. to find out what goes there. Make it one way or the other man.Parts placement/layout is messy as well..

2-in-1 Enclosure for Notakliché and Cobalt Drive--Tayda Drill Template

I just looked it over quickly and it looks like you have it laid out really good. IMHO I think your good to go. The only real concern I have is if your jacks are going to hit your pots...
