It's a blinking rate led, I didn't drill for it.
Ok, cutting the leads flush was a mistake, gonna have to grab new ones tomorrow.
Yup, put a new set facing the LDRs, and it's even too much volume on tap. Will distance them further apart.
I spread them out as much as possible, and it's still loud as hell. I would say this one might benefit from a trimmer/different pot value. Will tinker more next weekend.
I'm with you on that one too..... That would drive me mad..
it's all good man.... your first builds just need to work!... Once you get some under your belt you start making your wire runs super nice and looking good.. Some of us will use all of the same colored wire to make it look pleasing. Then you start placing all your resistors so people can read them from left to right with your stripes and have all your film caps flipped where you can read them upright.. etc etc...... little details that people who build a lot will notice.. It's just a little progression some of us make.... Then.. there's the other side of the boat where guys have built 18 gazillion pedals and they are still full send with rats nest wiring... and sometimes that's a beautiful disaster as well ..
Now when I see, I'll probably flip it. I keep thinking about it.
