I messaged Robert a few days ago about this topic. Indeed the name was first concocted here but right now the JHS trademark application has de-facto ownership according to anyone who would look at the trademark application at USPTO.

We have a PCB we call "Fumble". I checked for JHS trademarks related to their "Fumble" drive - while not a currently trademarked by JHS, a trademark application is on file since February 2026. So I am not sure about our ability to use word "Fumble".
