If you go to one of the big electronic places like Mouser or Newark and go to passive/resistors and look at the selection criteria in the Ohms box you'll see all kinds of weirdness......

14K7 is a standard ISO value AFAIK, there should be plenty on Mouser. Values like 332R usually are a quick way of telling us they're 1% or better tolerance, IME.
